Neil Tan is currently Business Development Director with ADS focused on customer loyalty in the consumer and retail sectors. He has nearly 20 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Business Development.
Prior to ADS, Neil was Vice President, Head of Corporate Strategy & Marketing, Asia Pacific at OSRAM Licht AG (former Lighting Division of Siemens AG), one of the largest lighting companies in the world. He has held senior level positions in industry, management consulting, and investment banking, including Philips Electronics, Sanmina-SCI, Avery Dennison, The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and Deustche Bank.
Neil is an active Angel Investor and Mentor to start ups in the Greater China Region. His principal interests are in Consumer, Retail, Industrials, Technology (Hardware, Software & Solutions) and Education sectors.
Neil graduated with a BA from Brandeis University and an MBA from Thunderbird. He also completed Executive Education coursework at Columbia Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
